Sun Tin Wai Village is located at No. 29 Sha Tin Tau Road, Tai Wai, Sha Tin District. It was completed in 1981-1982. It has 8 buildings in I-shaped, old long-shaped and old cross-shaped designs. It is the fourth public housing estate in Sha Tin District. The names of the buildings are based on the concept of "prosperity" and "happiness", and are named with the word "Wai", including Feng Wai House, Sheng Wai House, Fu Wai House, etc. Located on the top of a mountain, it is a relatively remote location and is one of the public housing estates with the most inconvenient transportation in Sha Tin District.
