Hoi Lai Estate is located in Lai Chi Kok. It was completed in 2001 and designed by the architect of the Housing Department. There are 8 buildings in total using the Harmony Type 1 and Comfort Type 1 designs. The buildings in the village are mainly orange, blue and white, colorful and eye-catching. They are built on the hillside to form a high and low visual effect. It is close to Lai Chi Kok Park and Mei Foo Sun Chuen, with convenient transportation. It is a typical representative of public housing design in the millennium era, reflecting the concept of modern community planning.
