Sham Shui Po - Yen Chow Street
The junction of Cheung Sha Wan Road and Yen Chow Street is located in Sham Shui Po District, and its history can be traced back to the 1920s. The pre-war tenement building at No. 51-53 Yen Chow Street is preserved in the district. It was built in 1932 in a neoclassical architectural style with Romanesque stone columns and arcade design. This district witnessed the development of Hong Kong's garment industry and is known as the "Fashion Street". It is an important witness to Hong Kong's pre-war architecture and commercial culture.
