Chung On Estate is located on Sai Sha Road, Ma On Shan, Sha Tin District. It was completed in 1996 and consists of five buildings, including Chung Ping Building, Chung Tak Building, Chung Wo Building, Chung Kwan Building and Chung Chi Building. It adopts Harmony II, small unit building and one-way design. The village is located by the sea and enjoys the view of Tolo Harbour. It is the fourth public housing estate built in Ma On Shan. The total construction cost is about HK$3.4 billion, witnessing the development of public housing in Hong Kong
