Ho Man Tin Village is located beside Sheung Foo Street, Quarry Hill, Kowloon City. It was completed between 1998 and 2000. It has 9 buildings in total, using the Harmony I, Harmony III B and small unit building designs, providing 4,700 units. Formerly a government low-rent housing village built in 1973, it was rebuilt in 2001. Adjacent to the Hong Kong Housing Authority Headquarters, it has Ho Man Tin Plaza and a market, witnessing the development of Hong Kong's public housing from a low-rent housing village to modern public housing.
